Starting August 1st, I will be opening the production of my next CD to you, the supporting community. It’s a new concept of how to make CDs in a way that everyone wins.
It goes like this: I will be offering “shares” in the CD. Each share costs 20$, and you can’t loose because you get a copy of the CD with that. But what’s more, you’ll also earn 5 cents off of each copy of the CD that’s sold, up to 50$.
The money from the shareholders will go towards producing and manufacturing the CD. You will have a promise that the CD will be finished by the end of the year, that it will be of a good quality and that you will get your copy when it is ready.
In other words, you pay 20$ for the CD and you stand to earn up to 2.5 times your investment in return. What’s more, you will be supporting independent musicians and helping to sustain diversity in the music industry.
